Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains what personal data AntFlow (the “Service”) collects, why, and what rights you have over it. It covers the AntFlow website and waitlist at antflow.live. AntFlow is a non-custodial trading tool — your funds and private keys never leave your control, and we never receive them.

2. What We Collect

• Waitlist email — the email address you voluntarily submit when joining the waitlist, together with the date you submitted it.
• Hashed IP address — a one-way hash of your IP is stored solely to rate-limit submissions and prevent abuse. We do not store your raw IP address with your waitlist entry.
• Server logs — our hosting and CDN providers (see below) may process standard request metadata, such as IP address and user agent, for security and reliability.

We do not run third-party advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies on this website. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those fonts.

3. How We Use It

• To contact you about early access, founding-member availability, and launch updates for AntFlow.
• To prevent spam and abuse of the waitlist.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We will not use your waitlist email for unrelated marketing, and we will not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

4. Legal Basis

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on your consent (given when you submit the waitlist form) for sending you updates, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure for spam prevention and logging. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.

5. Service Providers

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — content delivery, DNS, and DDoS protection for our website and API.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — backend hosting and database storage.
• Google Fonts — serving web fonts.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services and under their own terms.

6. Data Retention

We keep your waitlist email until you ask us to delete it or until AntFlow no longer maintains a waitlist, whichever comes first. Hashed IPs and server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to request a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights — including removal from the waitlist — email us at hello@antflow.live and we will action your request.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including storing IP addresses only in hashed form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time by posting the revised version with an updated date. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
