Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AntFlow (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AntFlow provides automated trading tools that interact with Polymarket on your behalf using wallet credentials you supply and configure. The Service:

• Does not custody your funds — your assets remain in your wallet and Polymarket’s smart contracts at all times
• Does not make trading decisions independently — all automated actions are governed by the settings and risk limits you configure
• Does not guarantee any trading outcome, return, or performance

3. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and API credentials
• Configuring strategies and risk limits appropriate to your financial situation and risk tolerance
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including laws relating to prediction market trading and financial services
• Determining whether use of the Service is lawful in your location — AntFlow makes no representation about the legal status of prediction market trading in any specific jurisdiction

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on AntFlow constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. All strategy descriptions, backtest results, performance statistics, and other content are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation to trade or invest. Past performance and backtest results are not indicative of future results.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AntFlow’s total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed five US dollars (USD $5.00).

AntFlow is not liable for:

• Trading losses, missed opportunities, or any financial loss arising from use of the Service
• Wallet compromise, loss of private keys, or unauthorized access to your accounts
• Failures, outages, or changes to third-party services including Polymarket, RPC providers, and wallet software
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

6. Intellectual Property

AntFlow’s software, design, algorithms, and content are proprietary. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

7. Termination

AntFlow may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or abusive behaviour, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not affect any open positions or funds held in Polymarket’s contracts, which remain under your wallet’s control.

8. Changes to These Terms

AntFlow may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, excluding its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the British Virgin Islands.
